Kick Start....

The choice of reports and what you actually need can be bewildering - so we have packaged our DISC offerings to make it easy for you. Obviously you can still have whatever reports you want, but these packages are designed to help you when you only need a one off profile. The programme is totally flexible, though as a starting point you might like to consider our basic packages:

Pioneer

The PIONEER package includes one report of your choice supported by a one-to-one feedback session delivered by one of our accredited practitioners.

Navigator

The NAVIGATOR package includes two reports of your choice supported by a one-to-one feedback session delivered by one of our accredited practitioners.

Explorer

The EXPLORER package includes three reports of your choice supported by a one-to-one feedback delivered by one of our senior consultants.

Expedition

The EXPEDITION package is designed specifically for team creation and development, featuring a range of reports, individual feedback sessions and a group session to analyse the team results.

Discoverer

The DISCOVERER package is designed to supercharge your recruitment process, whilst ensuring your recruitment choices are focused on success. Our DISCOVERER package will significantly increase your chances of selecting and retaining the very best.

Trailblazer

Our TRAILBLAZER package is purpose designed to suit organisations looking to use Thomas DISC in a variety of situations including geographical differences and virtual working.
