DISC Profiling

What is DISC Profiling?

DISC profiling is a tool that provides an accurate insight into the way people behave at work. It provides answers to questions such as:
  • What are this person's strengths?
  • Are we playing to this person's strengths?
  • What limitations do they have that might reduce their chances of success?
  • Will this person be successful in a role that is results, relationship, standards or compliance focussed?
  • Can this person drive for results?
  • Can they work through people?
How can PPA help you?
The right hiring decision can have a massive impact on the performance of your team and business, in fact the wrong decision could cost you 2.5 times the appointee's salary and don't forget the disruption!
Thomas PPA will help you reduce staff turnover by identifying what motivates and engages the people within your team or organisation.
The Thomas PPA can be used to help you target the specific learning and develop needs of individuals to optimise your budget and maximise the impact.
Thomas PPA will help your managers spend less time managing poor performers and more time motivating top performers by ensuring they are working on the behavioural issues that will bring the biggest benefit to the business.
Rapid Team Building and Team Maintenance
It is often important to get teams running smoothly and effectively quickly. Sometimes the team just needs a hand to gel or get through the storming phase of their relationship. This will help you to ensure your team performs to its maximum ability, and are motivated and loyal through posing questions such as: Where are the power struggles in the business, what motivates you, and what leadership styles will inspire you?
Why not try one of our kickstart packages to get you started?
