ILM Level 3
Foundation of Management
Level 3 is aimed at practicing or aspiring front line managers, although it is equally useful for those who have completed a Level 2 qualification (Award or Certificate).
Level 3 programmes provide a strong toolbox for those at this level developing skills, knowledge and understanding that impacts directly on front line performance. The training is practical, challenging yet supportive and widely acclaimed by all those who have been on it.
