Level 3 Diploma
The Level 3 Diploma programme is very popular choice for organisations looking to deliver a longer term management development programme. It has total flexibility is its design and can be delivered through traditional training methods as well as endorsed e-learning and workbooks. Many companies opt for a combination of the three providing flexibility and versatility.
If you already have an ILM Award or Certificate then those units can be used as further credits towards the Diploma, the registration cost is also reduced by the Award registration fee making it a simple and painless upgrade.
This also means that if you are unsure, you can attend the Award programme and make your mind up once you have experienced the programme. We normally recommend that the Diploma is attended as an Award, then a Certificate and then the Diploma
In order to gain the certificate you need a minimum of 37 credits. You can select from Group 1 and Group 2 (see below), but you can only take a maximum of 18 credits from Group B.
Each delegate will receive a minimum of 7 hrs individual tutorial support and the programme is enhanced by our recently developed web portal. The web portal contains copies of all the materials used, additional learning materials, links to key websites and a range of tools and videos.
To help you consider the length of a Certificate programme, each module is 1 day in length.
