Even Better Place to Work Levels

Introduction

There are 4 main levels of engagement with An Even Better Place to Work, as the Levels increase the benefits become more embedded, it is recommended that all organisations start with Level 1 and as they become more au fait with how it works move up a level, as required.

Level 1

Imaging driving your car with no fuel gauge or water temperature, it is merely a matter of time before something happens and in the meantime, you are wondering when it is going to happen!  The situation is, of course, easily rectified.

The Satisfaction@Work Index ™ provides you with gauges on your organisation's performance levels.  It will flag potential problems and prevent crises from happening enabling you to make substantial savings.  It gives you a performance ans health-check of what is 'under the bonnet' of your organisation. 

This not, however, a survey the differences are:

Level 1 can be used as a one off 'temperature check' or as a regular montoring process.

The Satisfaction @ Work IndexTM can be used as a stand-alone staff ‘survey'. We offer this as a one off (one month access) or unrestricted re-taking of the Satisfaction @ Work Index over a twelve month period.

One Month Access
People have access to the system for one month to complete and view Satisfaction @ Work charts, run the Satisfaction @ Work review activity and record team and personal goals.

Twelve Month Access
The Satisfaction @ Work Index can be retaken as necessary and progress recorded at individual, team and company levels.

Level 2

The next stage in the process to use the Satisfaction@Work Index™ as an internally delivered / informal learning based development programme.  This programme is unique in design and delivery.  I t resources people to get the best from their working relationships and creates real value for the business.

The Satisfaction@Work Speed Training™ offers incremental, bite sized chunks of learning and development, ideal when time is limited and you are looking for quick, fun, easy to deliver activities that can be delivered in-house within a team meting or short structured training session.

This is not more management information to be digested but a programme of activites and interactions which will tranform working relationships.  

It is a practical, friendly resource that gets people taking ownership for their issues and open real conversations between people, without great expense
It grows a collaborative model of leadership which eliminates the You versus Me attitude and breeds collaboration
The programme is transforming rather than informing so the impact and difference is felt immediately 
  •  There are 4 activities for each indicator.
  • They are designed for busy people - quick to deliver and easy to administer (no need for a trainer)
  • The activities are team-based and can be facilitated by team members (all instructions / materials are provided electronically) 
  • If you ran an activity every three weeks it would take 2 years to use every intervention.

This level allows people to use the Satisfaction @ Work IndexTM to establish a baseline and then engage with the Speed Training to improve their Satisfaction @ Work indicator scores.

Options
1. Prop Box - This contains all the activities, games, posters and handouts needed for the Speed Training. This enables participants to engage in Level two without on-line links, hence no on-line facility to record goals, track engagement or access the wide range of resources.

2 On-Line - Use of the Satisfaction @ Work IndexTM as often as required + access to the Speed Training activities + ability to record personal and team goals + a wide range of resources, tips, posters etc.

Level 3

The full power of An Even Better Place to Work™ comes into play at Level 3.  This level can only be accessed by those organisations who have used Level 2 for at least one year.

Organisations are given access to deeper data plus leaders  within the organisation are provided with additional support development to ensure collaborative leadership is developed within the organisation.

This provides full access to the programme including the In-depth Training on the seven Satisfaction @ Work Indicators + Supplementary Indicators and a wide range of reports.

Level 4

We want you to continue using an Even Better Place to Work after you have seen the power of the system, but don't want you to pay for the sytem twice, Level4 is therfore a maintenance mode whereby you have access to all the features at Level 3 but for the price of Level 1.
